1. Return Window
You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built tables, opened or used products, and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Restocking Fee
Returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on item type, condition, and packaging quality.
